Purdue basketball has announced a third exhibition game for the 2026-27 season. The Boilermakers will face the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum on October 22. This game follows an exhibition against Ball State on October 18 and a matchup with Connecticut on October 27. The Boilermakers will have the opportunity to evaluate their roster, which retains 10 players but lost four starters from their Elite Eight team. Fort Wayne has been a significant area for Purdue recruiting in recent years.
