Tennessee baseball adds transfer pitcher Brody Trosclair from Northwestern State

Tennessee baseball has announced the arrival of pitcher Brody Trosclair, who transferred from Northwestern State. Trosclair, a rising sophomore, made his commitment following a visit on June 7, and is the second transfer to join the Vols this offseason. He previously earned accolades as the Southland Conference Freshman of the Year, finishing last season with a 5-1 record and a 1.89 ERA before an injury cut his season short. Coach Josh Elander is looking to bolster Tennessee's pitching staff, which has lost key pitchers to the MLB draft and transfer portal. Trosclair is expected to provide depth alongside fellow newcomer Braydon Kersey, who committed on June 6.
