Douglas Jonathan Hamilton (born June 17, 1993) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman and alternate captain for the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League (NHL). Hamilton was selected by the Boston Bruins in the first round, ninth overall, of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. He has also played for the Calgary Flames and Carolina Hurricanes.
