Jewell Loyd (born October 5, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for the Las Vegas Aces of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). She was drafted first overall in the 2015 WNBA draft by the Seattle Storm. She played college basketball at Notre Dame. She won gold medals for Team USA at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics. Loyd's nickname is the "Gold Mamba".
