Klint Alexander Kubiak (born February 17, 1987) is an American professional football coach and former player who is the head coach for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks in 2025, winning Super Bowl LX. Kubiak played college football at Colorado State as a safety from 2005 to 2009 and has previously served as an assistant coach at Texas A&M University, the University of Kansas, Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers, New Orleans Saints and Seattle Seahawks. He is the son of former NFL coach Gary Kubiak.
