Philip Ambrose Rowe (born July 18, 1990) is an American mixed martial artist who competes in the welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Background Rowe went to Daytona State College, eventually becoming a Well Logging Engineer before undergoing a fighting career.
