Ghosh made his domestic debut in the 2022-23 Mushtaq Ali Trophy, picking the prized wicket of Mayank Agarwal on the day. He has since delivered consistent performances for Maharashtra at domestic level. <br/> <br/> Ramakrishna Ghosh was part of the Puneri Bappa team in the 2024 Maharashtra Premier League, performing admirably with bat and ball. He scored 118 runs at a good strike rate and picked up seven wickets. His impressive performances were spotted by Chennai Super Kings who picked up Ghosh for the 2025 IPL season. <br/>
