Natalia Staude (born April 30, 2001) is an American professional soccer defender for the North Carolina Courage of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She played college soccer for the Virginia Cavaliers and has represented the United States at the under-15 and under-17 level, winning CONCACAF championships at both levels. She was selected by the Courage in the 2024 NWSL Draft.
