Zach Metsa (born October 19, 1998) is an American professional ice hockey player who is a defenceman for the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League (NHL). Before playing professionally, Metsa played five seasons of NCAA Division I hockey with the Quinnipiac Bobcats. In his final collegiate season, he was captain of the 2022-23 Bobcats team which won the university its first-ever men's ice hockey national championship title.
