New York kicker Carter Petri has committed to Penn State for the 2028 recruiting class. The 6' 1", 185-pound athlete, ranked as the No. 9 kicker nationally, impressed coaches at the 2026 Kohl’s Spring Showcase. This commitment adds to Penn State's 2028 class, which now includes two recruits, the other being cornerback Deonte Fleming Jr.
