49ers consider trading Aiyuk to Steelers for Metcalf
Summary

The San Francisco 49ers are exploring a potential trade involving Brandon Aiyuk. In a proposed deal, Aiyuk would go to the Pittsburgh Steelers while backup quarterback Mac Jones heads to the New York Jets, enabling the 49ers to acquire receiver DK Metcalf. Metcalf, who recently joined Pittsburgh, could enhance the 49ers' receiving corps alongside Mike Evans and younger talents. San Francisco may view this trade as an opportunity to bolster their offense as they assess their roster ahead of the next season.
