Kurtis Rourke, the 49ers' third-string quarterback, left the game with a rib injury during the second quarter. He was injured following a 3-yard run and subsequently went to the medical tent before heading to the training room with medical staff. Adrian Martinez replaced Rourke and is expected to continue for the remainder of the game. Rourke completed 12 of 14 passes for 100 yards before his exit. Additionally, cornerback Jack Jones also left with an injury and has been ruled out due to a right hand injury.
