49ers re-sign Kevin Givens after waiving Evan Anderson

The San Francisco 49ers announced the re-signing of defensive tackle Kevin Givens, who originally joined as an undrafted free agent in 2019. The team waived Evan Anderson, who struggled to secure playing time due to tougher competition with new additions Alfred Collins and CJ West. The 49ers are now looking to see if one of their undrafted rookies, Bryson Eason or James Thompson Jr., can make the roster. Givens signed a one-year deal to return to the team.
