49ers select KJ Bolden and Will Heldt in 2027 mock draft

The San Francisco 49ers have chosen to focus exclusively on defense in the first two rounds of a 2027 mock draft. They are projected to select Georgia safety KJ Bolden at No. 32 and Clemson edge rusher Will Heldt at No. 64. Bolden has demonstrated impressive versatility and strong coverage skills this season, while Heldt's elite strength mirrors that of star pass rusher Nick Bosa. Both players would address concerns regarding depth at their respective positions, especially with several defensive players set to become free agents after the season.
