Aaron Judge starts hitting progression in injury rehab with Yankees

Aaron Judge has begun hitting off a tee as part of his injury rehabilitation process with the New York Yankees. Two days after Yankees manager Aaron Boone announced the initiation of a 'hitting progression,' this development comes after Judge has been sidelined since May 31 due to a stress fracture in his right rib. Before his injury, Judge was a major contributor with a.248 batting average, 17 home runs, and 38 RBIs across 59 games. The Yankees are currently trailing the Tampa Bay Rays by five games in the American League East and will look to have Judge return to bolster their lineup for a postseason push.
