Aaron Nesmith fouls Cooper Flagg, sends him to locker room

In Indianapolis, Pacers forward Aaron Nesmith committed a flagrant foul on Mavericks star Cooper Flagg during their home opener. Flagg was on a breakaway when Nesmith struck him from behind while in the air. After the incident, Flagg was seen leaving the game holding his left shoulder, having scored 14 points, five rebounds, and six assists in the first half. The Mavericks led at halftime with a substantial margin of 77-43. Both Nesmith and Mavericks forward Naji Marshall received technical fouls following the confrontation.
