AC Milan owner Gerry Cardinale is working to establish a formal strategic partnership between his club and Ligue 1 side Toulouse. This initiative aims to create a pipeline for player movement, similar to the multi-club network established by Chelsea and Strasbourg. The loan of defender David Odogu to Toulouse in mid-August serves as the initial test case for this collaboration. Milan’s sporting directors are currently tracking several Toulouse players, including Guillaume Restes, Alexis Vossah, Santiago Hidalgo, and Julián Vignolo. In turn, the arrangement would provide development opportunities in France for Rossoneri prospects such as Aurelien Guernier, El Hadji Malick Cissé, Maiga-Hamadoun Cissé, Pandolfi, and Calvani. The proposal follows Milan's recent acquisition of Diego Moreira from Strasbourg.
