Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve launches in October, preorder details revealed

During the PlayStation State of Play on June 2, 2026, Bandai Namco Entertainment and Project Aces announced the global release date for Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, set for October 2. This marks the series' return to the Strangereal universe and is the first new mainline installment since Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown in 2019. Pre-orders for the game are now open, including bonuses such as access to the F-14A aircraft and exclusive gameplay from Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. A Deluxe Edition will feature three days of early access and a Premium Ace Pass.
