Abilene Christian Wildcats will host the No. 25 Mercer Bears in their nonconference finale on Saturday, Sept. 26, at 7 p.m. in Abilene. The Wildcats look to maintain momentum after a close 41-39 victory over Idaho, overcoming a three-game losing streak. ACU holds an 8-6 record against ranked FCS opponents since 2024 and has previously faced Mercer once, winning 20-17 in 2020. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+ and can be heard on 102.7 FM.
