Adelaide United undergoes significant squad overhaul ahead of Ninja A-League

Summary

Adelaide United is set to begin the 2026/27 Ninja A-League season on October 17 after facing significant roster changes. The team finished 5th last season, making back-to-back Finals appearances. Cost-cutting measures have led to the departure of several experienced players, including captain Izzy Hodgson and Zoe Tolland. The club has brought in young talents like India Breier and Kiera Meyers, as well as international signings like defender Tianna Harris from France. Adelaide aims to maintain its competitive edge despite the overhaul and will need to adapt quickly to repeat past successes.
