The episode featured two Continental Challenge Cup tournament matches as Kyle O'Reilly and Claudio Castagnoli secured victories over Orange Cassidy and Daniel Garcia, respectively. In the main event, Willow Nightingale retained the AEW Women's World Championship against Maya World before eventually dropping the title to Mercedes Mone at AEW All In. Compared to the same period in 2025, total viewership for the third quarter of 2026 is up 39%.
