AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions Megan Bayne and Lena Kross think they are so much better than the rest of the teams on the roster that nobody can survive five full minutes in the ring with them, let alone actually beat the champs. Divine Dominion has backed up their tough talk up in recent weeks by issuing 5 minute title eliminator challenges, where the opposing team can earn a future championship match by surviving the clock. None of the low card and jobber teams have been able to run out the clock this month, but the champs finally stumbled on tonight’s (May 30) episode of Collision. Not only did the recently returning duo of Tay Melo and Anna Jay survive for five minutes, they actually had Bayne on the verge of passing out in the Queen Slayer choke as the clock ran out.
