"The AI-generated cast of Full House goes for a spin. | (Photo: Synthetic Kayfabe, YouTube) A YouTube channel is using AI to recreate classic TV shows featuring WWE’s biggest names. In a video uploaded Thursday by Synthetic Kayfabe, past and present WWE stars are cast in Full House: WWE Edition. The artificial cast includes Cody Rhodes, who appears as family patriarch Danny Tanner. Joining him are Shawn Michaels, who takes on the role of Jesse Katsopolis, and Sami Zayn, who plays Joey Gladstone. Rhea Ripley is D.J. Tanner, Liv Morgan portrays Stephanie Tanner, and Alexa Bliss is Michelle Tanner. Torrie Wilson appears as Rebecca Donaldson, Jesse’s wife. The video, a recreation of the show’s opening, also features an AI-generated Chelsea Green as Kimmy Gibbler, a casting choice that feels fitting for fans who remember the family sitcom. Full House ran for eight seasons from 1987 to 1995 and followed Danny Tanner as he raised his three daughters — D.J., Stephanie, and Michelle — with help from his brother-in-law Jesse and close friend Joey. AI-generated content has drawn criticism from fans and figures inside the entertainment industry in recent years. But those who watched the video seemed to enjoy it. “No lie, I’d watch this. Especially prime Shawn Michaels,” wrote one reviewer. Another person added, “AI just made this show about 6 times more interesting than the [original] show.” Synthetic Kayfabe joined YouTube in 2024. The channel currently has close to 3,000 subscribers and 66 videos, mostly shorts. Calling itself the most random wrestling channel on YouTube, the channel’s description reads, “Might make you laugh. Might make you cringe.”
