Styles noted that Carter's desire to be involved in writing led to conflicts, as Jarrett's experience in wrestling clashed with her ideas. Although he appreciated Carter for making him a world champion, he cited some storylines as lacking coherence. Jarrett has since expressed forgiveness towards Carter for their past issues.
