A’ja Wilson and Jackie Young selected for opposing All-Star teams

A’ja Wilson and Jackie Young, both of the Las Vegas Aces, will face each other in the upcoming WNBA All-Star Game on July 25 at the United Center in Chicago. Wilson was selected for Team Spoon, led by general manager Teresa Weatherspoon, while Young was chosen for Team Coop, managed by Cynthia Cooper. Wilson was the second pick for Team Spoon, following Caitlin Clark, while Young was the second-to-last selection for Team Coop, which features leading vote-getter Paige Bueckers. The All-Star Game celebrates 30 years of the WNBA, spotlighting current stars and honoring the league's history.
