Alabama lists Michael Carroll as doubtful for the Kentucky game

Alabama released its first SEC availability report ahead of the September 12 matchup against Kentucky. Offensive lineman Michael Carroll, the only returning starter from last season, is listed as doubtful. The report also designates Noah Rogers, Jorden Edmonds, Cayden Jones, Nick Sherman, and Jeremiah Beaman as out. Jireh Edwards and AK Dear are listed as questionable, though head coach DeBoer noted on September 7 that both are nearing returns. Kentucky submitted its initial report as well, listing Jay Clark as out while Andre Clarke Jr., Max Anderson, and Aba Selm are questionable. Alabama and Kentucky are scheduled to kick off at 2:30 p.m. this Saturday.
