Aleix Espargaro will not participate in the Indonesian Grand Prix on October 11, 2026. The Honda test rider was brought in to replace Joan Mir, who has been medically unfit since mid-September. Espargaro has been recovering from a serious back injury sustained in April. His focus will now shift to the upcoming Malaysia 850cc test as he continues his rehabilitation.
