Alexander Zverev, a fan of Bayern Munich, stated he would like to play a tennis match at the Allianz Arena. Speaking to Bild, he acknowledged the difficulty of filling such a large venue, suggesting that a doubles match featuring major stars like Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal alongside him and Novak Djokovic might be necessary to attract a crowd. Zverev remarked that even as Germany's top player, drawing 75,000 fans for a singles match would be challenging. Historically, the largest attendance for a tennis match was 51,954 spectators in Cape Town for a match between Federer and Nadal in 2020.

"Bayern Munich fan Alexander Zverev said he would love to play a tennis match at the club's Allianz Arena, but admitted it's a complicated thing to get done. "To fill a stadium that big, you'd probably have to host a doubles match with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal against Novak Djokovic and me," the French Open champion told the Bild newspaper on Sunday.
