Alfred State students work as guest services at Buffalo Bills games

Alfred State College has enrolled 65 students to assist as part of the Guest Experience staff at Highmark Stadium during the Buffalo Bills season. This initiative is in its fifth year and provides students from various academic disciplines, including sport management, hands-on experience in customer service, hospitality, and facility operations. The program offers students the chance to interact with fans and support different hospitality areas during games, enhancing their professional skill set while working in a state-of-the-art sport facility. The Bills' home season began on September 17, highlighting this unique educational partnership.
