All American Girls Professional Baseball League Players Association elects new leadership

The All American Girls Professional Baseball League Players Association has elected Aimee M. Crosby as its new president. She takes over the leadership role immediately from Richard "Rick" Chapman, who will continue his service on the board as secretary. The organization, a non-profit dedicated to preserving the history of the league, announced a new slate of board members that includes former players and experienced professionals from various sectors. The leadership transition aims to strengthen the association’s infrastructure, digital resources, and communication efforts as it continues to support outreach for women's baseball. Former vice president Carol Sheldon, along with other board members including Matthew Lesko, George Chapman, Jeneane Lesko, and Lois Youngen, will maintain roles within the organization. The group plans to expand initiatives connecting younger generations with the history and legacy of the original league teams.
