Alma Center Lincoln cancels football game following player Adam Massman's death

Alma Center Lincoln has canceled its upcoming football game against the Cornell Chiefs, originally scheduled for August 28, after the death of senior Adam Massman. Massman sustained injuries during the last game and was transported to the hospital, where he later died. Drew Semingson, the district's superintendent, emphasized that this cancellation does not indicate any long-term changes to the football season. A visitation for Massman will take place at Lincoln Jr./Sr. High School on August 28, followed by a funeral service on August 29.
