Amy Hunt wins bronze as Cam Myers secures Diamond League Final victory

Amy Hunt finished third in the 200m final at the Diamond League Final in Brussels, recording a season’s best time of 22.16s. Julien Alfred won the event in 21.79s, with Kayla White placing second. Earlier in the meet, Jakob Ingebrigtsen finished fourth in the 1,500m after being crowded out in the final straight. The race saw 20-year-old Cam Myers take victory, with Phanuel Kipkosgei Koech and Ethan Strand completing the top three. In other events, Mondo Duplantis withdrew from the pole vault competition due to muscle tightness, allowing Emmanouil Karalis to win with a meeting record of 6.12m. Oblique Seville secured the men's 100m title in 9.90s, and Busang Collen Kebinatshipi set a new national and Diamond League record of 43.40 in the 400m.
