The Anaheim Ducks announced they will retire Ryan Getzlaf’s No. 15 jersey during a ceremony at the Honda Center on January 30. The organization also scheduled a separate 20-year reunion celebration for the 2007 Stanley Cup championship team on January 28 against the Chicago Blackhawks. Getzlaf, a key member of that 2007 title team, served as captain for his final 12 seasons. He joins Teemu Selanne, Paul Kariya, and Scott Niedermayer as the only players in team history to have their numbers retired.
