Analysts predict trade of J.J. McCarthy from Vikings to Ravens

Summary

As the NFL preseason approaches, analysts are speculating on potential trades for the Minnesota Vikings. A new prediction suggests that quarterback J.J. McCarthy could be traded to the Baltimore Ravens, reuniting him with Jesse Minter, his former coach at Michigan. McCarthy has struggled with consistency, completing less than 60 percent of his passes while accumulating 11 touchdowns and 12 interceptions last season. The Vikings may be motivated to improve their roster after finishing the previous season with a 9-8 record, trailing behind the success of former quarterback Sam Darnold, who won a Super Bowl elsewhere. The specifics of any trade remain uncertain.
