Andoni Iraola signs two-year deal as Liverpool manager

Summary

Andoni Iraola has officially signed a two-year contract to become the head coach of Liverpool. This relatively short-term agreement is unusual in the Premier League, where multi-year contracts are more common. Iraola has indicated a preference for shorter contracts, emphasizing the importance of mutual satisfaction between the coach and the club. He believes that every season should represent a renewal of confidence, rather than simply a contractual obligation. Influenced by previous managers, Iraola aims to create an environment where performance dictates tenure.
