Tonight’s (June 28) AEW Forbidden Door pay-per-view featured a 12-man steel cage war pitting Team Briscoe vs. Team DCMJF. If Mark Briscoe’s team wins, he earns a future AEW world title match against MJF. This match was completely nuts from start to finish. MJF wanted to humiliate his other teammate Andrade by forcing him to hold Briscoe up for one final blow with the Dynamite Diamond Ring. But El Idolo finally had enough of the bullshit and turned babyface by blasting the champ with his spinning back elbow. It was later confirmed that Mark’s world title match with MJF will take place this Wednesday night (July 1) on Dynamite, so the scumbag champ better come up with a much better plan to stop him ASAP.
