Angels’ Ben Joyce advances to Triple-A in rehab assignment

Los Angeles Angels relief pitcher Ben Joyce has moved his rehab assignment to Triple-A after another step forward in recovery. Joyce has not pitched in MLB since early 2025 due to shoulder reconstruction surgery and subsequent inflammation. He began his rehab in late April and recently made four appearances in the Arizona Complex League. Joyce hopes to regain his form from 2024 when he posted a 2.08 ERA.
