Antonio Conte considers Manchester United role amid Carrick's struggles

Antonio Conte is reportedly open to managing Manchester United if they dismiss Michael Carrick. United has had a poor start to the Premier League season, sitting 13th after collecting only six points from their first six matches. The team's recent form includes a five-match winless streak. Following a draw with Tottenham Hotspur and a loss to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, Carrick's position has come under increasing scrutiny. Conte, with previous Premier League experience, has indicated interest in the position, although other candidates, including Fabian Hurzeler and Julian Nagelsmann, are also under consideration.
