Antonio Conte discusses future amid Manchester United interest

Summary

Antonio Conte addressed his managerial ambitions during a video message for the Festival dello Sport in Trento on October 4, 2026. The former Chelsea manager has been linked to Manchester United as uncertainty grows around current manager Michael Carrick, whose team is positioned 12th in the Premier League standings after a slow start to the season. Despite hints of enjoying a sabbatical, Conte's qualifications could make him a viable candidate should United choose to pursue a change in leadership.
