Arizona adds transfer forward RJ Godfrey after eligibility ruling

Arizona Wildcats have secured a commitment from forward RJ Godfrey following a recent court ruling that allows him a fifth year of eligibility. Godfrey, who spent three of his four college seasons at Clemson with a junior year at Georgia, averaged 12 points and over five rebounds per game last season shooting more than 61% from the field. His addition comes as the Wildcats look to replenish their frontcourt after a strong season that ended with a Final Four appearance. Godfrey's previous experience includes serving as a reserve before earning a starting role in his upperclassman years.
