Arizona Cardinals starting right guard Isaiah Adams missed practice for the second consecutive day due to a knee injury. His participation for the team's upcoming Week 1 game against the Los Angeles Chargers remains uncertain. Adams previously sat out joint practices against the Green Bay Packers with the same issue. With Adams sidelined, Jon Gaines II is currently in position to start at right guard, while Hayden Conner serves as an interior depth option. The organization may also consider elevating Matt Pryor or Demontrey Jacobs from the practice squad to bolster the offensive line. The Cardinals are expected to provide an updated status on Adams following the team's Thursday practice session.
- •Isaiah Adams missed two consecutive days of practice this week.
- •Jon Gaines II is the primary candidate to replace Adams if he is ruled out.
- •The Cardinals previously lost Chase Bisontis to a season-ending knee injury.
- •Matt Pryor and Demontrey Jacobs remain available options on the practice squad.
- •A final decision on Adams' gameday status is expected after Friday's practice report.
