Arizona Cardinals sign Coziah Izzard after placing Kaleb Proctor on IR

The Arizona Cardinals signed defensive lineman Coziah Izzard on July 23, 2026, following the placement of rookie DL Kaleb Proctor on injured reserve. Izzard, previously with the Kansas City Chiefs and New Orleans Saints, had a tryout with the Cardinals prior to the signing. At 6-3 and 305 pounds, Izzard went undrafted in 2025 after a collegiate career at Penn State, where he played 51 games and recorded 78 tackles, nine sacks, and 17.5 tackles for loss. The addition comes as the Cardinals prepare for training camp, with Izzard joining other defensive linemen on the roster.
