Arizona softball adds Jaiden Stell and Annika Ridling to 2028 class

Arizona softball received commitments from in-state prospects Jaiden Stell and Annika Ridling for the 2028 recruiting class. Both athletes currently play for the Arizona Rising travel organization. Stell, a catcher and first baseman from Verrado High School, earned 5A All-Conference honors after a freshman season that featured a.570 batting average and seven home runs. Ridling, a pitcher and first baseman from Desert Vista High School, recorded a 1.70 ERA and a 7-2 record during her previous season. The commitments follow the start of the 2028 recruiting period on September 1. Arizona also hosted recent visits from recruits Grace Tonga and Lulu Johnston, who play for the Illinois Chill Gold travel team.
