Arizona women's basketball hires Emily Meinert as assistant coach

Arizona women's basketball announced the hiring of Emily Meinert as performance enhancement assistant coach. Meinert, who previously worked with the New Mexico women's basketball team on strength and conditioning, joins head coach Becky Burke's staff just ahead of summer workouts. Meinert has experience as a graduate assistant and has worked with various sports programs during her time at the University of Louisiana Monroe. Players are set to arrive in Tucson for workouts this weekend.
