Arsenal agrees on terms with Liverpool's Vincent Joseph for transfer

Arsenal has reached an agreement with Vincent Joseph, a 16-year-old forward from Liverpool, for a summer move. The clubs are currently negotiating a fee, as Joseph’s contract with Liverpool has expired. Last season, he scored three goals in two appearances for Liverpool's U18 team and added eight goals in nine matches for the England U16s during the current campaign. If the fee cannot be settled between both clubs, a tribunal will determine compensation. Arsenal has been actively seeking young talent, having already signed Mylo Bernard and Elijah Upson this summer. They are also set to complete the signing of Axel Donczew from Cardiff City.
