Arsenal considers potential transfer offer for Barcelona forward Raphinha

Arsenal is exploring a potential transfer for Barcelona winger Raphinha as the club looks to strengthen its attacking options. Reports indicate the north London club is considering an offer in the region of €80m to bring the 29-year-old to the Premier League. The interest follows the departures of Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli, which left the squad short on depth at the start of the 2026/27 campaign. Barcelona remains in a strong negotiating position, as the player is under contract until June 2028 with a €1bn release clause. Raphinha has begun the current season in strong form, recording five goals in three LaLiga appearances. It remains uncertain whether Barcelona will entertain a formal bid given the player's importance to the team.
