Arsenal hire consultancy firm to evaluate internal club operations

Arsenal have engaged the Boston Consulting Group to conduct a review of the club's non-footballing operations. CEO Richard Garlick is leading the process, which involves an examination of balance sheets across the organization, which employs approximately 800 staff members. This review follows a successful campaign last season that saw the club win the Premier League title and generate roughly £300 million in revenue. While the initiative targets business operations, a similar process conducted last season led to a restructuring of the club's medical department. The club has not stated that any layoffs are planned as part of this ongoing evaluation. Arsenal currently holds a perfect record across all competitions this season, including a recent win against Napoli in the Champions League.
