Arsenal pursues Ayyoub Bouaddi amid Liverpool and Man City interest

Arsenal is actively seeking to sign Ayyoub Bouaddi, a highly-rated midfielder currently at Lille OSC, as competition intensifies from clubs like Liverpool and Manchester City. Bouaddi, who gained recognition during the 2026 World Cup with Morocco, is valued for his potential as one of football's top talents. While Lille prefers to keep the player for another season, Arsenal is considering a flexible transfer approach that would allow him to remain on loan at Lille after signing. This proposal aims to appeal to all parties involved, but Arsenal acknowledges that its rivals may present similar offers. The Gunners are aware that their flexibility might not be sufficient to secure Bouaddi, who is viewed as a prime target among European elites.
