Arvid Lindblad crashes during Spanish GP second practice session in Madring

Racing Bulls rookie Arvid Lindblad caused a red flag during the second free practice session of the Spanish GP in Madring. Lindblad lost control of his car on the approach to Turn 13, spinning into the barrier after exiting La Monumental. The incident damaged the right side of his vehicle and the rear wing, prematurely ending his session. Prior to the crash, Lindblad had recorded a competitive lap time of 1m33.890s, placing him fourth overall. Elsewhere in the garage, Lando Norris completed only two laps before a gearbox issue halted his McLaren, and Fernando Alonso experienced significant downtime due to a clutch problem. Racing Bulls mechanics now face repairs on Lindblad's car following earlier work required to resolve a power steering issue on Yuki Tsunoda’s vehicle.
