Atalanta Bergamo is reportedly on the brink of signing Kerim Alajbegovic from Bayer Leverkusen for about €25 million, according to Corriere dello Sport. The 18-year-old attacking midfielder was instrumental in RB Salzburg last season with 9 goals and 3 assists in 29 appearances. He also played all four matches for Bosnia at the World Cup this year. Alajbegovic's move is partly influenced by his national teammate Sead Kolasinac, who has encouraged the transfer. The deal includes bonuses that may increase the financial payout to Leverkusen.
